Returns Policy

You have certain statutory rights of cancellation and return as detailed below. Any other returns will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Pipe Scenes.
 

Notice of Your Statutory Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a EU and UK statutory right.

Should you exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract Pipe Scenes will refund the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not an additional service provided by Pipe Scenes, such as special packing or a special delivery service.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means you are responsible for maintaining the goods in the same condition in which they were received. If the item is not in the same condition as delivered, this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
 

How to cancel

To cancel an order, please send a request to cancel the order in writing, by either:

stating the reasons for your cancellation of the order or return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless Pipe Scenes delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. If Pipe Scenes do not receive the goods back from you, Pipe Scenes may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the cost of collection to you.

After cancellation of the order, Pipe Scenes will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible after the return of the goods, and within a maximum period of 30 days from cancellation.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as the original payment. Pipe Scenes will not be responsible for any delays arising through the banking system in the crediting of refunds to cardholder accounts.
